Oh man, this place was not good and will not go back again. They have a bar that only customers who plan to eat in can sit at. As a paying customer who wanted to have a quick bite I was not allowed to sit and was told I could only eat outside (middle of December) or I would have to pay a different menu price. They didn't even get my order right and rolled their eyes when I told them it was not what I wanted. I hope others will not have the same experience I did.

A source of tasty and quick Chinese food for those who live downtown on the West Side. I'm obsessed with Shanghai, but don't always want to drive up to College Hill or wait the hour it takes for my food to be delivered. I tried out Chef Ho's for the first time today and enjoyed it very much. I definitely got my money's worth with the dumplings, which are enormous, and the Shirley Temple I ordered with my food was fantastic. The best part - I got my food in about 20 minutes!A word to fried rice fans: the meatless fried rice is devoid of pretty much everything else as well, including egg.

close by.i just wish it open later than 10pm. but the lady who picked up the phone is super nice and welcoming me and helping me out with the menu because i seen it only online. But i order sesame chicken combo and crabrangoo and the total came up to 13 dollars. not bad. but the portions were smaller.

This place is pretty good, I had General Tao's Chicken, I would have preferred it a little spicier but it was tasty nonetheless. We sat at the table directly in front of the windows and it was nice to people-watch while eating our food. Overall nothing special, but still tasty.

I frequently order from Chef Ho's. Their delivery is always expedient and food is delicious. My only complaint is that they have one delivery person who is very rude. He hasn't been sent in a while so I'm guessing he may be gone.

Everything we had here was really really good. Their menu is very typical of most Chinese food places and their prices are average. A great spot for good inexpensive eats on Atwells Ave.

I'm not sure why a lot of people have written bad reviews, but I have never had any bad expereience with Chef Ho's! Their food is delicious and cheap. The staff are very friendly. And the interior of the restaurant is extremely pleasant ...?

I live on Federal Hill. I love the food from Chef Ho's. The lady on the phone is always very friendly and the food is very tasty. I really like the chicken chow mein and the fried rice is way better than the review below. I'm confused by the reviews that say they dont like it. Anyway, me and my family order from Chef Ho's once every few months and have never been dissappointed.?

Unfortunately for them their food is not good at all. I mean the only redeeming items are the fries and they aren't even really Asian food. The comment on the fried rice is so true! I wish I had seen it before i wasted my cash. I wouldn't order from them again. it really doesn't deserve a star.?

I recently moved to Providence from New York City and this was the first restaurant I ordered takeout from. I ordered the sesame chicken combination and one order or spring rolls. The delivery time was very quick (at least to Regency ...?

We live in Ohio, but vacation annually in R.I. A couple years ago we ate at Chef Ho's in Providence and found this to be the best oriental restaurant without a doubt. Each year we go out of our way to dine at Chef Ho's. I am especially fond of egg foo-yong and after eating at most, if not all restaurants in our area, I found none equal to Chef Ho's. So, when in Providence make Chef Ho's a destination....you won't regret it. TR
